M series miniature gas-liquid booster pump is a single-drive single-acting liquid booster pump with compressed air, which is characterized by small volume, small flow, low energy consumption and high output pressure.

Features


1. The output pressure can reach up to 1469.1bar;
2. The number of parts and seals is small, the maintenance is simple, and the maintenance cost is reduced;
3. It is easy to carry, and the net weight is only 3.5kg, which is very suitable for field and marine operations;
4. It is suitable for most liquids such as hydraulic oil, pure water, distilled water, negative ion water, chemical solvents, soft chemicals and liquid carbon dioxide;
5. A variety of gases can be used as driving sources, such as compressed air, vaporized liquid nitrogen, hot air and most other gases. This provides a set of independent external power units;

Main features


1. The driving pressure is 1bar-8.3bar (14.5-120.35psi), and the M series is a single driving piston (Φ80mm);
2. The high pressure part is made of stainless steel, and the pneumatic part is made of aluminum alloy;
3. M series standard products are straight-through type (liquid inlet and outlet is 180°), order code such as: M64 (series code + boost ratio);
4. M series can be customized right-angle connection (the liquid inlet and outlet are 90°, and only the side is the medium inlet; order code such as: M64L (series code + boost ratio + direction code);

Description of special products


M series can be used for liquid carbon dioxide, order code such as: M25-CO₂ (series code + boost ratio + boost medium)

Application scenarios


1.M series gas-liquid booster pump is suitable for occasions where pressure maintenance, supplementary pressure and low frequency dynamic movement are required.
2. Small-volume hydraulic test and blast test——including but not limited to pressure components such as valves, pressure vessels, pressure switches, hoses, and blowout preventer;
3. Calibration of pressure gauges and sensors;
4. The power source of the hydraulic fixture;
5. Power source and control source of wellhead equipment;
6. Various mobile and portable equipment power sources;
