Functional Characteristics


Air control check valves

The special type of control valve developed by Siteke has a hard seal of ball and metal surface inside, and the special structure of valve core and steel ball can make the viscosity low;

Fluid pressure is almost zero leakage. Compared with pneumatic needle valve, it has better impact resistance and can work at high frequency. It can be used together with the Starck two position three-way pilot directional valve to realize pure mechanical unloading when reaching the set pressure.


Hydraulic check vales

The hydraulic control one-way valve adopts a spring loaded, leak free ball valve structure, all parts are made of stainless steel, and the standard valve plate is installed;

Oil port: A, B are the oil ports of the actuating element (main channel); Z is the control oil port; L is the leakage oil port (the inner cavity of the valve element is unloaded);

Application: As a one-way sealing component, it can be used in various unloading conditions, and can be used as a pulse pressure generator.

 

Pneumatic control ball valve

Seal: PTFE, PEEK, POM+metal;

Temperature: - 40-200 ℃;

Diameter: DN10-25;

Pressure: 31.5MPa-80MPa;

Mounting interface: thread, DIN2353 standard;

Material: carbon steel, stainless steel;

Medium: applicable to pure and impurity free media such as water, oil and natural gas. Media containing impurities should be consulted separately.

Manual control pressure genertor

Leading Feature

 

STK check valve is applicable to channel blocking medium in one direction and leak free channel allowing medium in another direction under pressure. The combination metal plastic seat ensures the best sealing of gas and liquid. 

The check valve has good flow, high leak tightness and reliability under low pressure and high pressure. Replaceable seats provide easy and cost-effective maintenance.
